Residential Land Supply

The State Government is fast tracking what will be the single largest release of residential land in the state’s history – set to deliver over 25,000 more homes for South Australians.

This unprecedented land release is expected to open the door for more than 50,000 South Australians both north and south of the city.

The rezoning has already commenced, along with plans to improve infrastructure in these new development areas, including better roads and new schools.

Increasing residential land supply in the right places, at the right time, will support the property market and create more diverse and affordable housing to meet the needs of our growing population.
