In compliance with Premier and Cabinet Circular PC045, the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) proactively publishes non-personal information released to applicants under the Freedom of Information Act 1991 (FOI Act).
In compliance with this policy:
- Documents or excerpts of documents which include the personal affairs of an individual will not be disclosed in this log.
- Documents which can be claimed as exempt material pursuant to Schedule 1 of the FOI Act will not be disclosed in this log.
- Documents which are considered defamatory, or those which represent a breach of confidentiality and could be expected to cause harm to a person, will not be disclosed in this log.
DTF is responsible for publishing non-personal determinations on behalf of the Office of the Treasurer. Determinations for both agencies are provided below.
Published determinations will be removed 12 months after the date of determination. Email the FOI Unit for a copy of any determinations listed that are older than 12 months.
