  • Maxetag Budget Setting Feature Evaluation Report (2012)
    The Maxetag budget setting feature (PDF 3.4MB) was provided as an additional feature of Global Gaming Industries Pty Ltd Maxetag loyalty system. Gaming machine customers who had a Maxetag could set a daily spend limit at the machine each new day of play. The budget followed the customer across all machines they played in the venue but not between venues.
  • Printer Receipt Trial Evaluation Report (2012)
    The Printer Receipt Trial (PDF 1.3MB) involved the issuing of receipts when customers exchanged cash for coin. Receipts were issued either at an Automated Coin Machine or by venue staff when coins were obtained from staff.
  • Use of the ChangeTracker Card in a Counselling Setting Evaluation Report (2012)
    For the use of the ChangeTracker Card in a counselling setting trial (PDF 670.5MB), the ChangeTracker Card (a manual budget tracking tool) was used by some clients who were receiving counselling. These clients did not wish to abstain from playing gambling machines but rather manage their gaming spend.
  • Worldsmart Technology Pty Ltd Trial [Playsmart] Evaluation Report (2010)
    Playsmart (PDF 3.2MB) was offered as an additional feature of Worldsmart Technology Pty Ltd’s J-Card loyalty system. Gaming machine customers who had a J-Card could register for Playsmart in advance of play and set primary and secondary spend and time limits, and break in play periods. The limits continued to apply until the customer requested they be changed.  The limits followed the customer across all machines they played in the venue and across all J-Card venues. 
  • ChangeTracker Card Trial Evaluation Report (2010)
    The ChangeTracker Card (PDF 2.4MB) was a wallet sized card that gaming machined customers in smaller venues used to manually record their cash to gaming coin exchanges and monitor their spend against their set budget, which they also recorded on the card.
