PB: Branch OverviewThe role of the Projects Branch (PB) is to: - oversee Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects in South Australia by aiding agencies in the PPP process from the outline business case through to financial close. The branch also has responsibility to develop policy and guidelines related to PPPs, and to participate in intergovernmental forums dealing with PPP policy.
- provide investment and financing analysis for major government projects with a particular focus on infrastructure projects. This involves investigating alternative financing options for projects that have been identified as priorities and where Government has approved the investment (outline) business case. This ranges from investigating alternative financing/procurement options through to supporting projects through to contractual and financial close.
