The Regional Police Station and Courts project reached financial close in June 2005 and all nine facilities have now been completed.
Project Description
A 25-year contract will see the provision of accommodation, utilities and facilities management for the following police stations and courthouses.

EDUCATION WORKS - NEW SCHOOLS

The Education Works - New Schools PPP project reached financial close in July 2009.

Project Description
The 2006-07 South Australian State Budget provided funding to support Public Private Partnership (PPP) arrangements to deliver new school infrastructure.
The funding provides for the development of six new schools in the Playford North, Inner North and Inner West areas of metropolitan Adelaide for over 4000 students.
The private sector partner will design, finance, build and maintain the facilities. Education services will be delivered by the public sector.

Project Description
A new state-of-the-art 800-bed hospital is proposed for construction at the rail yard site adjacent to the North Terrace-West Terrace intersection to replace the Royal Adelaide Hospital and to accommodate some specialty services from the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
The private sector partner will design, finance, build and maintain the facilities. Clinical services will be delivered by the public sector.
