Projects Overview

The role of Projects is to:

• provide evaluation and investment for major government projects with a particular focus on infrastructure projects. This ranges from investigating alternative financing/procurement options through to supporting major projects through to contractual and financial close; and

• oversee Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects in South Australia by aiding agencies in the PPP process from outline business case through to financial close. The branch also has responsibility to develop policy and guidelines related to PPPs, and to participate in intergovernmental forums dealing with PPP policy.
