Review of Essential Services Commission Act 2002

Under section 53 of the Essential Services Commission Act 2002 (the ESC Act), the Treasurer is required to conduct a review of the ESC Act to determine the effectiveness of the work of the Essential Services Commission of South Australia and the attainment of the objectives of the ESC Act. The Treasurer appointed a Steering Committee which conducted a review of the ESC Act in accordance with the Terms of Reference and prepared a draft report for the Treasurer's consideration.
